Can an outdoor adventure junkie raised in the vast Ontario north find true happiness in Canada’s smallest province? Absolutely—says David Sheppard.

But then, in David’s world, anything is possible. A dedicated outdoorsman, he is also a highly qualified and talented web developer, designer and project manager.

A graduate of Canada College, David topped off his Computer Programmer Analyst degree with a postgraduate year of Multimedia Design. In the eight years since, his ‘climb every mountain’ attitude has seen him scale the heights, working in-house at Hot Banana, one of Canada’s top content management system providers, and freelance for several Toronto based design studios. To date, career highlights also include his work as main developer for the various web initiatives of high-profile client Belinda Stronach.

Then it happened. One visit to PEI. What a great place to live!—said David. And David’s lovely wife Jessica, little man Levi and faithful pooch Lola agreed. The Sheppards now live in Covehead, where Jessica keeps David busy realizing her renovation dreams. When not occupied with hammer and nails, David can be seen exploring the north shore.
